Les projets de partenariat ont comme premier effet de favoriser le décloisonnement entre les secteurs d’activité et les cultures professionnelles et d’ouvrir la voie à l’innovation et à la construction de nouvelles complémentarités. Les projets sont mis en œuvre au plus près des territoires mais sur une échelle transnationale et transsectorielle.
